The "Whys" of Events Photography
I am deeply rooted in "Why"- Understanding purpose and story behind each moment captured.
Here's Why:
Capturing Purpose- Reasons for events are different for everyone, celebrating love, Raising Awareness, or marking a milestone. Knowing why an event is happening helps me focus on moments that embody this purpose. Capturing images that resonate with viewers and communicate the heart of the occasion.
Preserving Emotions- Moments of Joy, Anticipation, Connection or solemnity- emotions often tells the story of why an event matters to people. I use this awareness to capture better genuine expressions.
Highlighting Details- The "Why" behind every event encourages me to capture the small details that define the event's unique character. Whether it is the decor that tells a cultural story or interaction between guests or sequence of events, it helps recount the story in a richer and more nuanced way.
Creating Lasting Memories- Events are temporary, but photographs makes them timeless. Knowing the "Why" ensures that i am capturing the scenes that people will want to revisit. Making them remember WHY the event happened in the first place.
